Making windows transparent is very easy indeed... but what about creating a blurred and transparent look for the window component like Vista does. 

All you've got to do is to insert the first page of the source code to the ROOT. The second page has to be added to a movieclip. Just add a new symbol in your library and paste the code into the first frame. Now all you have to do is to insert this clip inside of your "content"-movieclips of your windows... at lowest level for sure.
