It's done so far now! I'm happy to announce our initial release of Scaena. We put all the stuff together and we also added a API documentation on our site. At the moment we got 2 samples in a separate package for everyone who'd like to get started quickly. We distribute the component on both ways: as a MXP for easy installation with Flash CS3 and also as SWC to have the ability and use it with 3rd party editors like FlashDevelop 3. Enjoy! 

The complete documentation for the customization of the timeline and effects scripts will follow very soon. Because of the huge functionalities there is a lot to do for us. Have a look at the projects section for updates! Thanks for you appreciation!

Hi Nick, I know you already asked for it. The first time I promised to build an animation library out of it. We're not planning to release the complete sources of the component. What are you especially looking for? Maybe I can help you with an idea or snippet.
